THE JOB

• Leading the creation of our new software products, and in charge of its design and their functionalities
• Analyse customer's input to comprehend market's needs
• Define project schedules, manages team activities, and determines team values and priorities
• Be the most passionate person of your team and spread your enthusiasm to compel other teammates
• Build relationships internally and externally, be the leading advocates of your product
• Collaborate to improve project management methodology by measuring against success metrics and incorporating lessons learned

THE PERSON

• Frequent travel to Taiwan is required, as well as other locations
• Bachelors of Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Tech-savvy, with demonstrated aptitudes on learning new things quickly
• Previous working experience with UX/UI designers while developing new software design, preferably from successful start-ups.
• Ability to face client, advocating our product to prospective customers
• Ability to coach, mentor and lead junior team members
• Have to be a great communicator, able to communicate with all levels of business
• Be a good problem solver, and have the ability to navigate uncertainty throughout development
• Solid knowledge in Agile Development, particularly in Scrum or Kanban
• Previous Scrum Master experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
