Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales engagement process including partnerships, collaboration and clients to deliver successful contracts generating a profitable revenue stream
• Identify compelling events that act as rallying points for the partnership and build business value propositions
• Align and manage strategic objectives with internal stakeholders including senior management and cooperate with multi-function teams
• Drive the development of innovative financial products focusing on SME market
• Define financial product catalog, marketing strategy, website content and revamp
• Follow up business plots and support related business development activities, partnership onboarding and operation refinements for finance
• Create user stories that inspire passion and outside organisation boundaries

  Do you have this Qualifications?

• You will have a degree in Business, Finance or IT field
• 7+ years of working experience in Retail, Banking, Financial Services or IT industry
• Good understanding on technology in support of financial services

• Validated ability to quickly grasp and evaluate new ideas and technologies and match them with appropriate technology and business problems to yield pragmatic innovation
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to gain the acceptance and support of ideas, cooperation of others, and the ability to modify styles and techniques to accommodate tasks, situations and individuals.
• Candidate with financial, e-commerce knowledge and experience a definite advantage
• Working knowledge or demonstrated ability to deep dive in understanding financial product, business and competitive landscape
• Be a strategic though leader in the ever-changing and robust Fintech market

Demonstrated negotiation and business skills, ability to interpret legal documents and drive work with attorneys
