We are one of the pioneer companies in Hong Kong that in-house developed app-based smart home system and built Cloud-based IoT platform. Our software development team is graduated from the incubation program of Hong Kong Science Park. Currently, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cloud, Android/iOS app development, enhancement and maintenance according to functional and technical requirements
• Assist UI/UX design
• Analyse and response quickly to feedbacks and bug-fixing
• Handle project independently
• Integration with IoT devices to different platforms
• Handle other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• University graduates from Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 5 years related working experience
• Passion in software engineering focusing on smart home, control, cloud & IoT system
• Able to work independently, willing to learn new things and creative in exploring new solutions
• Understand in Cloud platform / Payment gateway development, Socket Programming, Network, IoT system and Networking.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately Available is preferred

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge on building server
• OS - Ubuntu
• Web Server - Apache
• Preferred Language - PHP, MYSQL, Shell script
• Optional Language - Java (non-GUI app)
• API - REST (JSON)
• Knowledge on building cross platform GUI app: Java (JavaFX)
• Knowledge on developing Web app: HTML, CSS, jQuery
• Experience on building CMS
• Able to handle multi-thread: Asynchronous, Thread pool
• Familiar with Android Studio (Java+SQLite) / Xcode (Swift+CoreData)
