Job Description
Responsibilites
2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
3. Maintain office IT equipment such as printers, projectors, monitors etc.
4. Provide technical support on network, servers and system administrations.
5. Work with equipment manufacturers and vendors to resolve technical issues.
6. Provide incident support and solutions for end users
Requirements
1. Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT related industry;
3. Hand on experience on supporting Microsoft Windows;
4. Basic PC/Laptop hardware troubleshooting skills;
5. Experience in IT networking is preferred;
6. Hardworking well organized and able to work independently under pressure;
7. Good communication skills both written and oral in Chinese and English
