 Job Scope:

• Manage Software testing and QA process; perform hands-on testing by designing and developing monitoring processes and framework
• Follow-through the end-to-end testing phases including Functional & Technical requirement gathering, System Integration and UAT
• Prepare test scripts, test plans and tools according the agreed automation test framework
• Communicate with business analyst and development team on the testing outcomes
• Detailed documentation is required for future reference

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in QA profession focusing in financial services
• Experienced in managing a small team & vendor side but at the same time able to carry out hands-on testing tasks
• Experienced in testing in small to large scale application systems on different platforms, particularly in system upgrade/application revamp projects
• Exposure in Automation Testing tools such as Quality Center, Microsoft Test Manager, Load Runner, Selenium, JIRA, etc is an advantage
• Able to work at a fast-pace and goal-oriented environment
• Needs to be a fast-learner, able to work independently and is willing to take initiatives
• Excellent communication skills in English AND Cantonese
