Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide IT technical support services to external clients
- Keep track of incident tickets updated and follow-up with relevant support teams
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
- Ad hoc duties as asigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above of Computer Studies, Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 1 year's relevant experience in IT service provider / Telecom industry
- Understanding of LAN / WAN, TCP/IP networking, DNS, VPN, firewall router and switch
- Shift Duty is required
