Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve end user desktop/technical issues and requests.
- Work closely with IT/vendors/partners in support of IT projects/requests.
- Follow standard IT procedures for tracking of incidents/request & escalation.
- Work on shift rotation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role.
- Good Technical and Analytical Problem Solving skills.
- Media industry background a plus.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OSX, Google Apps, Digital Publishing Systems/workflow, Print/Video Editing supporting applications is a plus (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Indesign, Photoshop).
- Excellent attitude, good communicator, customer service oriented.
- Must be a team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
Shift times:
- A: 9am-6pm
- B: 5pm-2am
- C: 0:00am - 09:00am
