Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and control IT operations job flow and execution
- Administer and maintain user access rights to application systems
- Perform ad hoc data updates and parameter changes of application systems in production environment
- Provide administrative support on program version controls
Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in computer operations and support, preferably with experience in operating AIX, LINUX, Windows system platforms.
- Knowledge in job schedule tools, shell script programming, IBM Mainframe (Z/OS, JCL, CLIST, TSO)
- Independent with logical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
