Job Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and provide day-to-day support on infrastructure areas including hardware, software, end-user and helpdesk support
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the company's IT equipment room servers, storage and other information equipment, and do a good job of monitoring, maintenance and optimization of the information system
• Handle Installation of hardware and software as well as maintain software / hardware inventory, process renewal, maintenance and subscription
• Develop and update current system performance. Manage IT operation, guideline & workflow, security, system & network aligning with Company’s direction
• Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in company network, office applications, system support and Active Directory
• Good knowledge in system, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, switching, routing and network security, firewall, VPN, audio and video conference solutions
• Ability to work independently, pro-active and good communication skills
• A self-starter person with an eye on details
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
