The job:

You will be responsible for the effective management of the delivery of billing services to meet and exceed agreed Service Level Agreement. 

The major responsibilities include:

• To formulate billing logistics to ensure invoices are accurately and timely issued
• To ensure the billing information is properly updated in accounting systems
• To manage the Account Receivable
• To work with Business Partner and IT to develop and well test the billing system function in supporting new product/services implementation
• To initiate improvement to billing systems and procedures for efficient operations
• To lead and develop staff to ensure procedures are complied with Company standards

The successful candidate will have:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years solid experience in related field
• Proven people management skill
• Strong leadership and problem solving capabilities
• Good communications skill both in written and spoken (English and Chinese)

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Billing Executive
