Responsibilities

• Responsible for design, development, maintenance, enhancement, system testing and deployment of web application;
• Work closely with UX/UI designer & QA engineer to deliver best-in-class user experience;
• Collect and analyze user requirements and ensure standards, procedures, and methodologies in the development life cycle are followed;
• Apply industry best practice & setup coding/documentation standard;
• Identify problems; Propose strategies to optimize performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computing, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines;
• 1+ year experience in web development using Angular/React/Vue, Java Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL;
• Knowledge or experience in identify access management and authentication standards like OAuth, OpenID connect or SAML;
• Experience in design and implement service-oriented architecture (microservices) is preferable;
• Experience in Agile and DevOps is a plus;
• Experience in container technology like Docker and Kubernetes / emerging technology like AI, and IoT is a plus;
• Strong OOP skills and you strive to write clean and maintainable code;
• Work in an independent manner, solve problems as they arise, and communicate clearly even in difficult situations;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

 * Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Web Developer.
