Technical Operation Manager (Hardware)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in production support of the system
• Responsible for equipment integration support, daily technical operation and post-  implementation maintenance support for fare collection hardware
• Monitor and analyse the real-time/off-line data to ensure the smoothness of business operation
• Develop technical documentations /specifications.
• Handle and resolve internal enquiry, troubleshooting and follow up ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's Degree in computer science or relevant
•  Experienced in Hardware Technical Support
•  Knowledge in AFC (Automated Fare Collection System) is a plus
•  Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently
•  Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
•  Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin
•  HK Permanent resident is required

System Administrator 

Responsibilities:

• Participate in production support of the system
• Supporting and maintaining internal Linux platforms
• Monitor and analyse the real-time/off-line data to ensure the smoothness of business operation
• Develop technical documentations /specifications.
• Handle and resolve internal enquiry, troubleshooting and follow up ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's Degree in computer science or relevant
•  Minimum 3 years working experience in Linux OS platform
•  Familiar with administration and deployment of Linux
•  Familiar with database management,such as Mysql、SqlServer
•  Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently
•  Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
•   Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin
•   HK Permanent resident is required

System Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in production support of the system
• Supervise all daily and weekly IT procedures in West Kowloon High-speed Railway Station..
• Manage preventive maintenance of all IT hardware & software.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation including hardware and software support.
• Maintain system configurations and documentations of LAN & WAN network infrastructure.
• Develop technical documentations /specifications.
• Handle and resolve internal enquiry, troubleshooting and follow up ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information System/Computer Science.
• 1-3 years relevant experience in Technical Support
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
• Familiar with Sql Language；
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
• Knowledge on linux technologies such as redhat or suse is an advantage
• Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in oral and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Willing to work on shift with including public holiday
• HK Permanent resident is required
