1) Specialist (Middleware)
Job
- Perform technical support including installation, configuration and product patching / upgrade on various middleware products
- Work on the design and implementation of middleware services for internal and external projects
- Provide application deployment, production support, monitoring, problem diagnostics and performance tuning of middleware services to internal and external projects
- Perform night emergency call support when necessary
Skill
- Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years experienced in Oracle WebLogic Server / Tomcat /Websphere
- Experience in Apache / IBM HTTP Server / IBM WebSphere Application Server / IBM WebSphere MQ / JBoss / Microsoft IIS is preferred
- Familiar with AIX, Solaris system administration
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
2. Network Specialist
Duties:
- Configure, troubleshoot and support Cisco Routers, Switches, firewall and WAN Appliances
- Provide network operation and project support to Asia Pacific regions
- Perform troubleshooting and monitoring of incidents queues and executing network changes as required after business hours.
- Opens and monitors TAC cases with our vendors as required
- Adheres to all change control processes and configuration standards
- Attends various meetings during their shift as well as conducting troubleshooting bridges with peers, vendors and customers
- Ensure timely and accurate communications to the customer are occurring
Requirement
- 5+ years as a hands-on network engineer implementing, designing and supporting a large enterprise network is required
- Advanced working expertise of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, VPN experience with MPLS, VRF and ISIS is a plus.
- Advanced working expertise of LAN technologies (HSRP, VRRP, STP,VLANs and IP-subnetting)
- Good working knowledge of network cabling infrastructure and specifications
- Experience with Firewall and WAN Appliances
- Experience with corporate change management procedures (design and peer review)
- Industry certifications (e.g.: CCNA) a must. CCIE is a plus.
3) Specialist - Midrange and Backup
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Midrange systems are operating in a stable and effective environment to meet with all Services Level Agreement
- Perform regular upgrade and update for all Midrange software to ensure adequate support
- Implement technical projects to fulfil Atos and customer standards and requirements
- Study and accept new application systems, provide recommendations from operational point of view and assist the customer systems development section on system design and establishment
- Perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendations to improve the production batch window
- Update regularly on software inventory and maintain up-to-date local system configuration
- Collect system performance information and generate performance reports
- Provide 7 x 24 support in conjunction with other services supporting parties, deliver technical support and day-to-day services to meet with customer requirements and Services Level Agreement
- Take problem ownership and follow up through problem escalation procedure for all critical problems
- Ensure day-to-day change requirements from customer are implemented in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
- Strong operational background in Midrange platform & database
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- A team player
- Certified in Linux, AIX, Solaris, VC5 an advantage
- Experiences of Linux, AIX, Solaris, vSphere, Netbackup, VCS clustering and BMC Control-M an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL an advantage
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant experiences
- Technical qualification, analysis and troubleshooting of x86 Server technology and other dataceter infrastructure: Network Switches, SAN, cabling
- Understanding and basic skills of all major operating systems: VMware, Linux, Windows Server
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
12. System Support Engineer (Window/Linux)
Responsibility:
- Perform system administration of Wintel/ UNIX / Linux servers;
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers, especially on server grade systems;
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting;
- Perform daily maintenance support service under SLA;
- Assist users to resolve technical issues/problem;
- Perform as account engineer of major customers;
- Participate in various projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines;
- 2-3 years related working experience in IT support services (less experience can be considered as Assistant Engineer);
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and have a flexible, positive attitude;
- Proactive, customer oriented, work independently, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiar with Windows Server / Unix an advantage;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
