Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

Gather and organize user requirement from stake holders
Prepare professional documentations on technical requirements
Be the focal point between programming team and stake holders
Participate in software testing
Provide briefing / training to stake holders
Provide 2nd tier support for reported issues

Who is our Right Fit:

Bachelor's degree in Computing or Business related discipline
2-3 years' working experience as a Business Analyst
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in an agile development environment
Experience in interacting with all levels of stake holders
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Interested in “behind the scene” mechanism of a total e-commerce operation
Desire to make an impact on shaping the future of e-commerce in Hong Kong
