Job Highlights

·        In charge of full SDLC for a new Share Registrar System

·        Leading application development team for supporting all in-house & packaged business applications    

 

Responsibilities:

  •         Responsible for software development and maintenance of mission critical business applications, including but not limited to share registrar system;
  •        Act as a Lead Developer to code, manage and control project delivery pipeline;
  •        Be a business-enabler through information systems with strong business acumen
  •         Perform quality assurance to ensure all deliverables are in good quality and well-documented
  •         Solicit users’ requirements, analyse and propose technical solutions
  •         Provide technical support & administration for application systems & related operations
  •         Handle ad-hoc queries and report requests
  •        To perform ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

  •         Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines;
  •         Familiar with share registrar business and its operation is a definite advantage;
  •         Familiar with flow and processes of professional firm like corporate secretarial, IPO, payroll and  accounting is a merit;
  •         Familiar with O365, DevOps, AWS, Azure and API development would be essential;
  •         Around 10 years of solid development experience with at least 5 years of managerial experience, implementing application development with VB, C#, ASP .NET, HTML5, MSSQL, preferably in financial services industry
  •         Sound knowledge in Android/iOS App development
  •         Independent and self-driven
  •         Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  •         Strong team management, stakeholder management and project management
  •        Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
