Our client, a well-known medical company, subsidiary investment bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and conduct business requirement analysis
• Provide application support and training to the users
• Prepare system documentation and specification
• Write test plans, conduct User Acceptance Test and project implementation
• Resolve the application issues encountered by users
• Keep track of project status and progress
• Shift duty is required form 9:00am to 1:00pm on alternate Saturday and compensate by week day

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years IT experience in implementation of IT applications
• Experience in supporting clinic / hospital application is an advantage
• Experience in providing application support to the users
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
• Can work independently, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized
• Good command in writing English and Chinese
