Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the IT infrastructure and operations of the group
• Vendor management for varies IT projects and subcontractors
• Provide technical support to business functions and digitalization
• IT governance, documentation and SLA achievement
• IT budget planning and execution
• Manage small team of help-desk support
• User training and education
• Team building and ensure team performance

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology
• At least 5 years' experience infrastructure management
• Solid experience in project management and vendor management
• Technical know-how and hand-on experience on Windows AD, VMware, Firewall, Wi-Fi, SAN structure, high resilience design , data center, network monitoring, etc.
• Knowledge on large scale system deployment and DBMS will be an advantage
• Experience on digitalization and office automation will be an advantage
• Preferably with ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certification
• Team player and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Attentive to details, strong numerical sense, responsible, self-motivated and well-organized
