Job Description:
• Manage the BAU and in-house operation process and report to team supervisor.
• Organize and review the Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Operation.
• Assist management team on Quality Assurance, Vendor Management and Procurement Operation.
• Manage staff engagement program and organize departmental events.
• Support management on committee meetings with quality management reporting and presentation.
Requirement:
• Degree holder in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of working experience, with at least of 4 years IT related working experience
• With sound knowledge of Information System & Infrastructure, IT Operation, Vendor Management and BAU operation.
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated, organized, efficient, analytical & detail minded.
• Strong communication, problem solving and report writing skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
