Job Description

IT-ec (HK) Limited is now looking for dynamic candidates as the following role.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing day-to-day PC support, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities
Perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardwar
Provide support for system upgrade and migration
Experience on Win7, Win8, Win10 and Mac system

Requirements:

Candidate need to speak and write Japanese
Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in IT operations
