The Job

• Assist to conduct internal audits and maintain the business unit’s internal audit records including details of audits conducted, raise incident and problem calls
• Provide support for defined activities relating specifically to the business’ ISO 9001 certification and compliance with specified policies
• Promote and participate in process improvement activities
• Collect data for the analysis of system performance
• Promote the use of the Document Management System for publishing and access to documentation
• Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by superior

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental management/science, Corporate Sustainability, Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in quality management
• Possess knowledge in managing ISO 9001 will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and team player
• Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command in both English & Chinese (both verbal & written)
• Immediate Available will be highly preferred
