Job Description

Our client is listed company, currently looking for a Technical Support to join the IT Team.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle helpdesk call service and provide IT support to the users including PC hardware, Mobile Device, Server, LAN and Office applications software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Exchange
  • Provide technical support to end-users

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 1 year or above working experience in IT technical support
  • Experience in Windows platform knowledge of Windows OS, IOS and Android platform
  • Hands on experience in PC LAN support and PC, Mobile Device problem diagnosis
  • Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese
