IT Operations Support

Responsibilities:

• Helping to execute the internal IT helpdesk function and contribute to the structure and methods used to service the IT needs of the overall firm.
• Take responsibility for and coordinate fault resolution from first report to conclusion.
• Corresponding with the current IT suppliers and the firm to provision support.
• Attaining knowledge of all systems and networks as well as to research subjects as prescribed by IT Manager to achieve the same.
• Update and implement changes to the new software package due to be installed across the firm.
• Assist in project rollout and deployment as well as perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by IT manager.
• Provide basic end-user training on office tools / applications.
• Liaise with vendors to maintain the computer equipment in good conditions.

Requirements:

• High Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a corporate IT environment, with experience in a professional services industry preferred.
• Skilled in Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2016, Active Directory, SQL and Office365.
• Experience in supporting Firewall appliance, Routers, Switches, VLAN, WAN, VPN & Remote Access Solution.
• Independent with logical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and capable of interacting tactfully with people.
• Self-motivated and capable to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
