Our client is a top-tier global insurance firm with strong presence worldwide.  To further strengthen their market positioning, the company is urgently looking for aSenior Manager, ETL and IT Delivery Manager (2 roles)to join their team.  These positions are initially 12 months contract headcounts, with the view to extend or turn into a permanent role.

As a Senior Manager, ETL, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Manage local business requirements for ETL systems
• Lead day-to-day activities for ensuring alignment to software delivery processes
• Develop scope and budget for delivery projects
• Contribute to the development of plans

• Assist in system design and prepare program specifications
• Perform program development and maintain enhance environments

• Gather user requirement and carry out feasibility study of any new requirements
• Set up and support different testing environment
• Perform system implementation and enhancement
• Coordinate with IT and user team on system deployment arrangement

As an IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Oversee the local business units’ IT service delivery process to ensure all services in scope are delivered
• Report and follow related project issues, risk and action items
• Discuss within regional office to come out optimal solution design
• Ensure key clients and stakeholders of the future state solution are engaged, participate in delivery, and have their needs met upon project completion
• Provide guidance/direction to local BU on all system changes required
• Manage related issue and risk
• Provide training to local users

To be considered for this role as a Senior Manager, ETL,you possess the following:-

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• At least 12 years of information technology experience with relevant ETL experience
• Experience in data management, data pipeline, data mart and dashboard implementation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

To be considered for these positions as an IT Delivery Manager,you possess the following:-

• University graduate major in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in project management and application delivery
• Experience in Insurance IT industry with regional exposure is highly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud is an advantage
• Self-motivated & able to accomplish multiple tasks independently
• Good communication, problem solving, and vendor management skills
