Job Duties:

• Acting as scrum master across all projects for the Software Engineering team.
• Facilitating all agile meetings (stand-up, iteration planning, showcase, retrospective).
• Managing team members to make use of Jira to keep meaningful, accurate, and up-to-date status in project cycle Collaborating closely with team member to optimize process efficiency and delivering projects within budget and deadline Managing client relationships, budgets and expectations throughout the project.
• Coaching other project managers and software developers on agile practices; assisting other project managers with agile meetings. (eg Scrum, Kanban)

Job Requirement:

• 3 years proven record in an Agile Project Management role in a digital environment
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence products for issue management, reporting and collaboration
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and BDD-style acceptance criteria writing
• Project Management certifications (e.g. Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMP Project Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) would be big advantage
• Excellent team leader, coach and drive positive influence to teams
• Client facing experience and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both Cantonese and English
