To maintain and develop the functions of the proprietary ERP system (OSCAR) that supports critical functions in the company from inquiry capturing, inventory and pricing, sales, reporting and finance. The system serves the company with professional tools to run the serviced and flexible office business. The OSCAR system and functionality will require continuous expansion and creation of additional functions and services to Compass staff and clients.

Join the OSCAR Project Implementation Team as a key member to support the software development work including:

• Understand business process and user requirement to provide effective application system solution
• Develop optimal software solutions that meet our users' functional requirements
• Advise and develop business reports to meet the strategic requirements of business managers
• Produce functional and technical documentation to support the development work undertaken
• Adhere to the software quality system and undertake module testing before releasing to the system tester
• Assist with user training and user acceptance testing

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science/MIS or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application/report development using any of the followings: PL/SQL, SQL Server Reporting Service, Java, C++, C# or asp.net
• Over 4 years of experiences in Dynamics AX application development (MorphX, X++)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A self-motivated team player, willing to learn new technology and work independently
• Web application development experience is a plus
• Maintain good quality of codes for reuse and integration by the team
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Analyst Programmer
