Job Description
Responsibility
- Responsible for supporting cloud daily operation maintenance.
- Provide solution/instruction and operation guide for onsite support technician.
- Handle project tasks assigned by technical manager in timely manner and make sure the quality fulfill the requirement.
- Skill in analyze and troubleshoot for technical problem and follow up until the issue been fixed.
- Provide automation tools to enhance support team working efficiency.
- Handle tasks of project closure.
- Coordinate with different team and vendor for problem solving.
- Prepare and maintain relevant technical documents.
Requirement
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years’ experience on Cloud platform/Linux server/big data support.
- Experience in Linux system command and optimization.
- Experience in Linux scripting, eg. Python/Shell/PHP.
- Experience in developing language, eg. Java/C/C++
- Experience in database support, eg. Oracle、Teradata、DB2、Mysql. Able to handle SQL ETL
- Familiar with service like NTP ,YUM ,DNS.
- Good problem solving and risk identification skill.
- Able to handle IT documentation.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
