Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and support Internet / Intranet web applications and mobile application and some Geographic Information System related applications including but not limited to:
- System design and development of web application built on JavaScript, JAVA, PHP, HTML platforms
- Conduct program testing, system testing and develop systematic test cases to support user acceptance test
- Conduct quality assurance, verification and rectification of data and applications
- Prepare and maintain program documentation to support system enhancement and bug fixing
- Assist in preparing project reports and specifications
Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in web-based application development
- Proficient in PHP, HTML, Structured Query Language JavaScript programming, Web programming, etc.
- Experience in JAVA, SQL database and XML will be advantages
- Knowledge of and experience in Geographic Information System and application development is preferred
- Strong sense of analytical and problem solving skill
- Good command of both Chinese and English
