Responsibilities:

• Provide system and application support to existing clients

• Participate in deployment of systems

• Perform network and system setup

• Liaise with partners to manage datacenter and network connectivity

• Monitor and review the infrastructure performance, stability and security

• Proactively follow up on technical issues and incidents

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, system setup and maintenance

• Hands-on experience with router, switch and firewall

• Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN, PC/Server hardware

• Responsible, good interpersonal skill, good team player and be able to work under pressure

• Knowledge and experience in trading solutions is preferable
