Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing the business analysis for hotel procurement operations and for the to-be procurement platform and solution
  • Gather business requirements for process enhancement and automation, and lead system development and implement
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to analyze the user expectations, concerns and value for the to-be business model and solution
  • Coordinate and perform pilot for the to-be business model for the managed services
  • Identify requirement gaps, analyze and evaluate the to-be systems and user requirements
  • Develop the KPI, governance and standards for the operations and processes for the to-be business model and procurement solution
  • Establish and manage technology delivery standards and operation procedures to maintain high quality technology delivery and operation performance to support collaboration across the Company and the stakeholders
  • Plan and perform functional test, user test and training for the to-be business model and solution

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information System, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ experience in performing business analysis, functional analysis, requirement gathering, process design and functional test delivery works for system implementation
  • Experience in hospitality industry, procurement operations or managed services is highly preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge in procurement processes and procedures, especially on hotel’s procure-to-pay and supplier’s order-to-cash, and provide best-practice recommendation on the to-be business model and processes
  • Strong leadership skill and a good team player to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels
  • Knowledge of information systems technology includes but not limited to Cloud solution, infrastructure, databases, storage, security, network and system monitoring
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
