Seceded candidate will be responsible for drive large-scale change that spans functions and geographies. To understand business issues, and deliver the project approaches and implement complex, programme - wide transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilized change methods and tools to help execute the end-to-end change management strategy for transformation initiatives, ensuring the alignment of activities to the overall project timeline
• Ability to strategize,  formulate, create and execute Unit level change due to implementation of new but critical systems
• Supported deployment of change management activities, such as change impact assessments, communications materials, training programs, change adoption measurement, and readiness surveys
• Been an advocate for the Agile transformation of the programme by practicing Agile behaviors and ways of working on project teams
• Contributed to practice development initiatives including culture building, recruiting, community involvement
• Supported project and complex work streams with cross-functional teams, executing the approach, engaging with clients, and delivering project outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/IT/related discipline
• 4+ years experience in business and management consulting
• 1+ years of organizational change management consulting
• Demonstrate good leadership and people management capacity
• Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Good communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) and English
• Previous experience in Bank is desirable
