Job Description
Jobs Duties
- Provide pre-sales & post-sales support for Company products, multivendor products / solutions (hardware & software) and its follow-up
- Engage with solution vendors for proposing best of breed solutions to customers
- Prepare technical proposal and response to RFP & RFQ for sales teams
- Conduct product testing, evaluation, feasibility studies and POC on new products and solutions
- Conduct trainings, presentations & demonstrations on Company products, multivendor products / solutions to internal teams and customers
- Assist in consolidating users' requirements, test plans and related documents for sales teams
- Provide supports on project kick-off and on-going project management services
- Participate in Company’s marketing & promotion activities
Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Systems / Computer Science / IT / Accounting / Business / Business Administration in Information Management or any related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in decision support and solution selling area
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamic NAV or Enterprise Content Management(ECM) is an advantage
- Ability to break down the complex procedures and transfer it to more user-friendly and logical for non-technical end-users
- Good analytical abilities, technical writing skills and time management
- Target-oriented and proactive
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
