Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 application support including MS Domain server, O365, ERP, WMS and EDI Interface;
• Provide day-to-day technical support including network connectivity and system maintenance;
• Contribute IT infrastructure support - perform installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware & computer applications;
• Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help users;
• 70% workload for application support and 30% infrastructure support;
• On Job Training would be provided for ERP, WMS and EDI mapping.

Job Requirements

• High Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in server hardware/software installation, maintenance, and upgrading;
• Knowledge with Active Directory and MSSQL is preferred but not a must;
• Hands-on experience in all-rounded technical skills on desktop support and application support, ideally on server administration and back-end administration;
• Proactive, energetic, positive attitude and willing to learn new technologies;
• Highly motivated individual who takes full ownership of responsibilities and is a dependable teammate.
• Good commend in verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is not a must;
