Job Description

We are hiring for a globally-listed company that is largely responsible for providing retail & business solutions to the Top FMCG brands in the world.  With their continuous expansion in Asia Pacific Region, they are looking for an all-rounded, analytical, and flexible Senior HRIS Manager to join their expanding team and take part in an array of projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Directly report to the Head of HR
  • In charge of the company’s HRIS transformation project to ensure project goes smoothly
  • Manage all project activities and work closely with different stakeholders (Global Business Unit Leaders,  vendors, internal teams) for all company’s HRIS transformation projects relating to HR Digitalization, Standardization, Employee Experience, etc
  • Involve in the end-to-end HRIS project management from vendor sourcing, RFP, design, implementation to on-going support and system enhancement
  • Act as a subject expert and key contact person for all HRIS matters
  • Act as a key driver in developing strategic HRIS strategies to support business objectives
  • Set up the requirements and design of digitalized HR solutions to improve the HR processes and operation
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including but not limited to project plans, business processes, functional requirements, UAT plans and scripts, status reports, project presentation
  • Manage group-wide HR databases, design and prepare various HR analytic reports to provide insights to the management
  • Perform special ad-hoc assignments as assigned

 

Key  Requirements

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 8+ years of experience in related areas of HRIS project: design, implementation, enhancement
  • Strong Business Development and project management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to driven changes and communicate with different Global Business Unit Leaders
  • Flexible and able to manage needs in a fast-paced retail environment/industry
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English (with Mandarin an advantage)
  • Self-motivated, creative, energetic and able work under pressure to achieve targets
  • Immediately available preferred
