Responsibilities:

• Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software
• Oversee and monitor daily computer systems/server operations and performance
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on hardware, software, and computer services
• To assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma with majority of subjects in computing or IT related;
• 2 years IT related experience
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting computer software and hardware issues, window 7/8/10
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
