On behalf of fast growing electronic products trading company, we are looking for high calibre personnel to fill the new position of Accounting Assistant.

Accountabilities

• Handle general accounting responsibilities including AR, AP, bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist in month end closing
• Follow-up customers’ settlement
• Manage suppliers’ invoices/credit notes and subsequent FX remittance
• Update Retail Price in system and perform monthly stock taking
• Liaise with inter-co and external parties e.g. Auditors
• Perform other ad-hoc duties

Attributes

• Diploma in Accounting
• LCC Higher with 2 years accounting experience
• Self-motivated, independent, hard working with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
