Job Description
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the project delivery and management. Ensure the successful achievement of the project milestone on schedule by monitoring the bookings, shipment and acceptance. Be responsible for the delivery result and
customer satisfaction;
• Be responsible for making the project overall plan, quality management plan, daily communication mechanism and risk management method by coordinating multiple departments;
• As the key responsible person of the delivery project, support the bidding of pre-sales, lead the review of deliver ability and make the delivery strategy of the project according to the demand of the contract. Be engaged in the
3rd partner management, integrated implementation and acceptance.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in IT/Computer science or other related field of discipline;
• At least 3 years’ delivery and service experience in ICT industry with strong customer service oriented;
• Be familiar with the enterprise delivery business of HongKong;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and with excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must, mandarin is preferred.
