Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide infrastructure support for users and infrastructure advice for application development and vendor management
- Lead a team of IT staff to deliver Server/Network/PCs operation and support
- Manage disaster recovery and capacity planning
Requirements:
- Degree/Higher Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- 8 years solid experience in data centre management, outsourced-vendor management and network design
- Professional knowledge of Network Infrastructure operation, design, configurations and trouble shooting for production and DR sites
- Solid experience in Lotus Notes Mail administration and technical support is required
- Knowledge in PRINCE, SSADM and government tendering is preferred
