Job Description
A Financial Institution with aggressive growth is currently adding a new Business Analyst into the development team to act as a BA/ PM to lead different system implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business users and the external vendors on development requests to meet the business needs
- Gather users requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Participate in test plans and performance UAT
- Oversee projects planning, scope; schedule, resources, cost, budgeting and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 1 year working experience acting as a Business Analyst/ Project Manager on systems implementation
- Software development background would be a plus
- Proven experience working along with different stakeholders
- Creative, innovative and well-organised personnel with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent, diligent and able to work under pressure and overtime to execute projects
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
