Job Description:
- Provide technical support and maintenance services for head office and outlets
- Perform installation and configuration for outlet openings
- Provide support on hardware, software installation and migration
- Solve end-user daily technical problems and trouble-shooting
- Perform standard repairs of computer equipment
- Conduct procurement activities for IT equipment and participate in implementation services
- Carry out hardware Install, Moves, Add and Changes
- Updating, maintaining inventory records on hardware & software
- To assist in ad hoc projects when required
Job Requirements / 入職要求:
- Diploma/certificate in Information Technology or equivalent
- 1 - 2 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
- Good analytical mind, work independent, proactive and with strong senses of responsibility
