POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our project delivery team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day enterprise web application development project for leading retail brands. If you are a detail oriented and result driven project manager professional with a passion for digital solutions platforms, we would love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Project Delivery Director, you will be working closely with our internal team to deliver a wide range of enterprise web applications projects. Your passion and commitment coupled with a very organized and process-oriented personality will drive you to consistently deliver projects on time, within budget and beyond client expectations.

Job description and role summary

- Act as a key contact point and provide strategy consulting services to clients

- Responsible for handling end-to-end project delivery

- Responsible for scoping project user requirements and specifications

- Responsible for issuing and implementing project and production planning

- Work closely with external and internal parties and ensure the highest quality delivery

- Accountable for project profitability

- Responsible for resources planning and resource allocation

- Responsible for decision making from technical, business and design perspective

- Ability to perform creative and technical analysis of client requirements

- Responsible for proposal, budget monitoring, project tracking, and reporting

- Define effective content strategy and drive the content production team

- Hands-on in driving the agreed marketing plan and content production and release

- Committed to consistently deliver projects on-time, on-budget

- Tactile, details oriented, customer-centric oriented, driven and passionate

Key Skills and requirements

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience.

- At least 5 years web project management experience working on international brands.

- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.

- Good communications skills to liaise with clients is a must.

- Sound experience in managing large scale web development projects, that involves using open source PHP frameworks.

- Good documentation skills, including the technical knowledge to make technical specifications.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines and clients.

- Fluent in using MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Analytics.

- Experience in application development and programming is a plus.

- Experience in working in a digital agency is a plus.

- Familiar with agile development methodology is a plus.

- Experience in working with Jira and confluence is a plus.
