Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationship with existing clients, and assist to develop new business with client and through the intermediary channel of brokers according to company's underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements, to achieve the target of the Department and the Company;
- Market all kind of general insurance products of the company, conduct quotation and renewal, liaise closely with underwriting departments and clients as a bridge, endeavor to create a win-win situation;
- Provide high quality after-sale service supports, including enquiries handling, premium collection, policy amendment and maintenance, claim services and introducing product knowledge/updated information to clients;
- Assist to develop marketing and channel strategies, identify the market trend to enable the underwriting departments to adjust underwriting assessment, and visit clients and brokers regularly.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Insurance, Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 2-years relevant experience in Marketing or Insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word
- Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin.
- Good communication and co-ordination skills.
- Proactive, detail minded and well-organized.
- Responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented, team player, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Immediately available is preferred.
