Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in shaping product features, conducting pricing and sensitivity testing for new and re-priced insurance products
• Support and co-ordinate with product development team on illustration system setup, administration system implementation and preparation of contract provisions during product development cycle
• Assist in formulating marketing campaign and sales strategy
• Prepare and negotiate the reinsurance treaty with reinsurance company
• Analyze and prepare management reports on sales and in-force information
• Review on the compensation and recruitment packages for distribution channels

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent
• Attained Fellowship in Actuarial qualification preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in product pricing and strategy
• Analytical and well-organized
• Strong communication skills and presentable
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
