Responsibilities

• Recommend and lead the formulation and implementation of media communications strategies and programmes
• Ensure coherent implementation of external communications to external stakeholders via media
• Establish relations and maintain regular communications with media, including handling media and opinion leaders’ requests and issues of concerns
• Prepare various communication materials, including news releases, lines-to-take, media Q&As, newsletters, speeches, and so forth
• Monitor media and public feedback

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in media or communications field, with good knowledge about media landscape, especially international or Mainland media
• A positive attitude towards learning, strong curiosity to new ideas and good appetite for new attempts
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Mature leadership skills and feeling comfortable in managing a small team
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities in managing diverse relationships with the ability to multi-task
• Highly adaptive in fast changing environment
• Proactive and be able to work under pressure with due care
• Able to work in the Link environment with core values - Respect, Excellence, Integrity and Teamwork
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
