Job Description
Duties:
- Handle full set of account (using Quickbooks)
- Generate and prepare regular management reports
- Liaise with overseas suppliers/clients
- Assist with other office administrative duties
Requirements:
- LCCI Higher Lever or Diploma in Accounting or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounting
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks and MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Independent, responsible, detail-minded, independent and dependable
- Experience in handling LCs, shipping document an advantage
- Fluent in both spoken and written English a MUST
- Immediate available preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
Note: Office location will be in Kowloon Bay area from mid-May.
