Job Title:Production Director / Manager （Station in Zhongshan city and travel overseas）

Qualifications:

1. At lease bachelor degree with Engineering background or Mechanical manufacturing design.

 Main Responsibilities:  

1. Responsible for production overall planning, personnel allocation and coordination, bring in advanced production management mode and process, improve production efficiency continually.
2. Responsible for production order check, planning and arrangement, confirm the date of delivery and handle the abnormal, to ensure orders be finished in time.
3. Responsible for production quality control, ensure product meet quality standard and requirement, improve product quality continually.
4. Control production cost strictly, decrease defective rate, decrease waste and control production labor cost.
5. Responsible production equipment operation and management, adopt good maintenance measure to increase equipment utilization.
6. Responsible for production personnel management and team building, train operation skill to improve production efficiency.

Main Requirements

1. Industrial/Scale/Qualification requirement: At least 10years working experience as production director/manager in hardware and electric appliance etc. large or medium size manufacture.in China mainland.
2. Familiar with ERP’s application in production management, proficient in production planning, processes and practical experience in lean production.
3. Excellent ability in organization, communication, coordination and team work.
4. Enable to work under high pressure and deal with various personnel relationship.
5. Good occupational ethic, honest and integrity, practical and responsible.  
6. Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English  (necessary) .
