Responsibilities:

• Partner with IT team to support global IT transformation projects from a project management perspective, including but not limited to manufacturing process improvement and automation, operation model design and implementation, resource planning optimization as well as customer experience enhancement
• Work closely with stakeholders from various business units and departments to understand and collect user stories facilitating the optimization of enterprise system design
• Prepare system related documentation riding on the collected user requirements for subsequent technical design, development and testing of IT systems
• Lead and drive multiple projects and make sure a timely, cost-effective and quality delivery with key milestones achieved alongside with project schedule
• Manage the projects by drawing the support from cross-functional teams internally as well as external vendors
• Manage the budget and resource planning of multiple projects
• Provide consultancy support to senior management in identifying ways to transform for business optimization

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science  or related disciplines with 15 years or above related experience
• Knowledge in Engineering is preferred
• Solid experience working with a sizeable manufacturing firm in the capacity of IT projects’ design and implementation
• Proven project management skills in handling large scale projects with complexity and diversity
• Detail-minded with clear thought process and able to bridge between user requirements from business units with IT system setting
• Good communication skills. Able to work with stakeholders from different functions across all levels
• Resilient to challenges and able to commit to work in different time zones
• Experience working in a matrix organization working with different counterparts is preferred
• Strong fluency in English is necessary. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
• Work location: Based in Science Park, Hong Kong but with frequent mainland and overseas travel
