Position Summary: This position will manage the ERP (Oracle) system including documentation control, data management, system maintenance and drive enhancement projects at global level.

Responsibilities:

Manage the supplier master database at global level among different functions: Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain, Production and Finance.

Make judgement on whether the information inputted fits the business requirement and maintain data integrity.

Responsible for creating forms and its UAT and roll out.

Responsible for maintaining filing system with the use of scanner and OCR operation and make sure the documents are well indexed with high traceability.

Manage users’ expectation and settle dispute upon unreasonable requests.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder with background in Computer Science, Data Management or related disciplines.

3-5 years practical experience in ERP (Oracle) system management. Experience in manufacturing sector is preferred.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
