Position Summary:

The role serves as a key position designing production strategies and implement shaft manufacturing operation to ensure stable production output and quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

•          Responsible for production planning by following PMC schedule planning
•          Lead and guide production teams for smooth operation
•          Follow up and report the progress of production
•          Ensure a quality delivery of production
•          Keep the molds/machines/equipment in good conditions with regular maintenance
•          Conduct the training plan and related activities for the team

Requirements:

•          Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electronic related discipline
•          6 years or above working experience in machining and chemical plating,  knowledge of shaft                 production management is preferred
•          Experience in waste water treatment(WWT) is preferred
•          Good in KPI measurement
•          Experience in IS9001 or TS16949 system
•          Equipped with 6S mindset
•          Good command of English
