• Lead QC&QA team to plan, execute all quality management and inspection activities
• Ensure the products meeting international, legislative and legal standards, e.g. RoHs and WEE
• Manage the scheduling of Production Monitoring, In Line and Final Inspection, as well as ensure timely and accurate reports
• Monitor production schedules for assigned categories
• Conduct on-site Quality Audits of factories
• Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions for Factories

We are looking for

• University degree or equivalent in engineering or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years' solid experience in Quality Management of complete watches, at least 5 years in Managerial role
• Sound technical knowledge of watches and related components, like watch movements
• Strong language skills (English, Cantonese, Mandarin)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Mature, pro-active and good communication skills to engage with in-house Product Development team, other relevant departments and external suppliers
• Ethical with good moral standards and a positive attitude
• Willing to be stationed in Guangdong with frequently travel to Hong Kong
