Job Description

• Supervise teams of engineers in design and development of the electronic products
• To be responsible for product definition, development and coordination of electronics hardware design and software logic
• Ensure to complete the assigned design projects with allotted budget and timelines
• Lead tasks of circuit design, simulation, layout, test plan creation, system debug and failure analysis
• Perform root cause analysis and provide corrective actions as lesson learnt for future products
• To be responsible for product successful until sustainable production level. Participating in the pilot-production run and/or mass production run
• To be responsible for product testing and verification with quality requirements

Qualification

• Degree holder in Electronic / Software Engineering
• 10 years or above solid experience in products development or ODM business and at least 5 years at managerial level
• Good background in high-end electronic manufacturing experience and hands-on experience on electronic circuit, firmware and/or software design
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skill.
• Strong leadership and communication skills. Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Thorough understanding and be able to demonstrate knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485, ISO16949
• Station in Zhuhai PRC Plant for 5 days per week
• 5 days work, bank holiday, medical allowance
